Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product purchased through qwky.love (the “Platform”), operated by Pinyata Foods Pvt Ltd.
Since we pack and dispatch orders the same day, cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 minute of placing the order. Once the order has been communicated to our team and the dispatch process has been initiated, cancellation requests will not be entertained. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team on the same day of delivery, with supporting proof (photographs or video) shared via WhatsApp at +91 98450 18174 or by email at chirp@qwky.love. Reports raised after the day of delivery will not be accepted. The request will be reviewed once our team has assessed the issue at its own end.
If you feel the product received does not match the listing on the site or your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our customer service team on the same day of receiving the product, with proof via the same channels above. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer directly.
Once a refund is approved by Pinyata Foods Pvt Ltd, it will be processed within 48 hours (2 working days).
Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer a refund or exchange for eligible items, provided the issue is reported on the same day of delivery. If the report is not raised on the day of delivery, no return, exchange, or refund of any kind will be offered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must have its original packaging intact.
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Only items found to be defective or damaged qualify for an exchange.

Certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.
Once your returned product is received and inspected by us, we will notify you of the receipt. If the return is approved following our quality check, your return or exchange will be processed in accordance with our policies.
